New payment dates
We’ve made our payment dates more transparent and earlier. You’ll now get paid on the second Wednesday after your event if your event falls on a Wednesday or later, or the third Wednesday if it’s on a Monday or Tuesday.
Sound complex? Don’t worry – we’ve added your expected payment date to your event dashboard so you don’t need to work it out yourself!
